These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by TimeSlotter Technologies
Private Limited ("TimeSlotter") , CIN: U63999MP2024PTC070797, a company incorporated under
the laws of
India, with its registered office at MIG - 13 Pathapur Road, Chhatarpur, (MP), India. By accessing or
using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please
do not use our services.
2. TimeSlotter provides appointment scheduling and management services
through our platform, accessible via
our website and mobile application. We facilitate bookings for various service industries including but
not limited to hospitals, clinics, restaurants, and salons. TimeSlotter serves as a
platform to connect
users with third-party service providers.

To use TimeSlotter, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality
of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. TimeSlotter
shall not
be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Bookings made through TimeSlotter are subject to availability and the confirmation of the respective
service provider. TimeSlotter does not guarantee the availability of specific time
slots or service providers and is not responsible for the actions or quality of services
provided by third-party vendors.
5. TimeSlotter applies a dynamic service charge generated by our AI/ML
algorithms
based on demand and
supply factors. This service charge is non-refundable except in cases where the service provider fails
to deliver the scheduled service. Payments must be made through the TimeSlotter
platform at the time of
booking.

Users may cancel or modify their bookings according to the cancellation policies of
the respective
service providers, which will be displayed at the time of booking. TimeSlotter may apply a
cancellation
fee, which will be clearly stated in the booking details.
7. TimeSlotter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages
arising from the use of
our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service charge paid by the user for the
specific booking in question.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes
arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the
courts in Chhatarpur, (MP), India.
9. TimeSlotter reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time
. Users will be notified of
significant changes through the platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms.
10. TimeSlotter reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services for any user found violating these Terms or engaging in unlawful activities.
