Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Technologies Private Limited ("TimeSlotter"), CIN: U63999MP2024PTC070797. Our platform facilitates appointments and bookings with various service providers, and this policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.


2. Users may cancel their bookings through the TimeSlotter platform in accordance with the cancellation policy of the service provider. The terms for cancellations, including any applicable fees, will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. Please review these terms carefully before making a booking.


3. Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

• The service provider is unable to deliver the booked service.

Cancellations are made within the allowable cancellation window as per the service provider’s policy.


4. To request a refund, please contact TimeSlotter’s customer support through the platform. We will review your request in accordance with the service provider’s policy and process eligible refunds within 7 business days of the request approval.


5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


6. Please note that the dynamic service charge generated by TimeSlotter’s AI/ML algorithms is non-refundable , except in cases where the service provider fails to deliver the service. This charge is designed to reflect real-time demand and supply conditions and is not subject to user dispute.


7. In some cases, users may be eligible for a partial refund if the service provided is only partially completed or not fully satisfactory. The decision for a partial refund will be made after a thorough review of the situation by TimeSlotter and the service provider.


8. If you disagree with a refund decision or have concerns about a service, you can escalate the issue to TimeSlotter's dispute resolution team. Our team will work closely with both the user and the service provider to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

10. TimeSlotter reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to users via the platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
